- Your tracking cookie lasts for 30 days
- Credit for a sale goes to the last affiliate link the customer clicked on for the sale
- Sales are commissionable 35 days after the sale (to account for returns and chargebacks).
- We pay monthly via PayPal for balances over $50

1. Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the iRace.ai Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts.
2.2. Affiliates must have a valid website, blog, social media account, or other online presence related to fitness, health, running, or related topics.
2.3. Applications must be approved by iRace.ai before affiliate status is granted.
3. Commission Structure
3.1. Affiliates earn a 25% commission on qualifying sales through their unique affiliate links.
3.2. Commissions are only paid on completed sales where payment has been received and the refund period has expired.
3.3. Commission rates may be modified from time to time.
3.4. For a sale to be commissionable it must occur within 30 days from the original affiliate link click.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payments are made monthly for commissions earned in the previous month.
4.2. Minimum payout threshold is $50.
4.3. Payments are made via PayPal.
4.4. Commissions are void if products are refunded or chargebacks occur.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
5.1. Affiliates must:
- Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with iRace.ai
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines
- Maintain accurate contact and payment information
- Use only approved marketing materials and product descriptions
5.2. Affiliates must not:
- Engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices
- Bid on iRace.ai trademarks in search engines
- Make false or exaggerated claims about products
- Create confusion about your relationship with iRace.ai
6. Marketing Guidelines
6.1. Affiliates may promote products through:
- Blog posts and articles
- Social media content
- Email marketing to opt-in lists
- Website banners and links
6.2. All promotional materials must:
- Be truthful and accurate
- Include required disclaimers
- Comply with provided brand guidelines
- Be updated when notified of changes
7. Term and Termination
7.1. This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
7.2. Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time with no advanced notice.
7.3. iRace.ai may terminate an affiliate account immediately if:
- Affiliate violates these terms
- Engages in fraudulent activity
- Damages iRace.ai’s reputation
- Fails to generate sales for six consecutive months
- Affiliate partner participates in spamming in any way
7.4. Upon termination:
- Outstanding commissions will be paid if the payment threshold is met and commissions were not obtained fraudulently.
- Affiliate links will be deactivated
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Affiliates may use provided marketing materials and trademarks only as authorized.
8.2. All intellectual property rights remain with iRace.ai.
9. Liability and Indemnification
9.1. Affiliates agree to indemnify iRace.ai against any claims arising from their promotion of products.
9.2. iRace.ai is not liable for any losses related to the Program.
10. Modifications
10.1. These terms may be modified at any time with no advanced notice.
10.2. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of changes.
11. Confidentiality
11.1. Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information provided.
12. Governing Law
12.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Missouri in the United States.
